JOB DESCRIPTION

Program Manager - Global Cybersecurity Services
Purpose of the Role
This is a true program management role, not a traditional project management position.
The individual will serve as a strategic partner to Dane, helping establish and mature program management capabilities across the cybersecurity organization. The objective is to create consistency, visibility, and execution discipline across multiple cybersecurity programs and initiatives.
Key Experience Needed

Look for candidates who can:
  • Operate at a program level across multiple workstreams.
  • Build governance, structure, and reporting processes.
  • Drive execution and accountability.
  • Create and maintain roadmaps.
  • Standardize project management practices across teams.
  • Support organizational change and process improvement initiatives.

Environment & Methodology

  • Current environment is primarily Waterfall.
  • Agile experience is beneficial but not a primary requirement.
  • Not looking for someone to lead a large Agile transformation.
  • Preference for adaptable candidates who understand when different methodologies are appropriate.

Organizational Context

  • Several cybersecurity towers already have embedded project managers.
  • The gap is at the program level, where oversight, coordination, reporting, and governance are needed.
  • The Program Manager will provide structure and visibility across all cybersecurity functions.

Work Arrangement

  • Fully remote.
  • Time will generally be distributed across multiple cybersecurity towers and initiatives as business needs dictate.
