In this role, you will contribute to the overall success of the Bank's global cybersecurity awareness initiatives through Information and Security and Control (IS&C) Policy and Awareness.

A seasoned manager and visionary, you will lead a team and develop, execute, and manage a variety of components constituting the Bank's cybersecurity awareness initiatives and in partnership with a variety of internal and external groups including Cybersecurity Partnerships, Cybersecurity Services, Data Protection, Fraud, Legal, Communications and suppliers.

This high-visibility role, in fast-paced, energetic, highly collaborative, and detailed oriented environment, requires the incumbent to partner across the Bank functional groups to develop a robust cybersecurity awareness program and enabling seamless execution of campaigns. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of strategy, budget, KPIs, planning and execution. In addition, the incumbent will manage suppliers to help deliver and execute the activities.

    • Ability to develop engaging and informative security awareness content for internal and external audiences.
    • Ability to effectively communicate cybersecurity strategies and issues to senior management and executives and to engage senior leaders to secure their support and commitment to cybersecurity initiatives.
    • Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficient understanding of information security principles and best practices.
    • Familiarity with security frameworks such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
    • Proficiency in using phishing simulation tools to assess and enhance employee awareness and response to phishing attacks.
  • Innovation and Engagement:
    • Ability to develop innovative approaches to cybersecurity awareness that capture and maintain employee interest.
    • Skills in gathering and analyzing feedback to continuously improve and adapt awareness programs to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Data / Trend Analysis:
    • Ability to review and analyze data-driven insights related to security incidents and simulation test results and develop preventative measures to mitigate risks.
    • Experience in identifying patterns and trends related to security incidents and employee behavior to inform future training and awareness initiatives.
  • Vendor management:
    • Skills in assessing and selecting vendors that provide cybersecurity products and services.
    • Proficiency in negotiating contracts and ensuring vendors meet security requirements.
    • Ability to maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure ongoing compliance and performance.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Commitment to ongoing education and professional development to stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
    • Ability to monitor and analyze emerging threats and vulnerabilities to proactively adjust security awareness programs.
    • Active participation in cybersecurity forums, conferences, and professional networks to stay informed about industry developments and share knowledge with peers.
