Job description

Title:

Senior Cybersecurity Manager

KBR is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to assist and support the Simulator Division (AFLCMC/WNS) Information System Security Manager located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The candidate would be undertaking the development and delivery of documentation, reports, technical data and other product deliverables necessary to support system security analysis and certification analysis in the management, modification and acquiring aircraft simulators. The candidate should be experienced and successful at solving complex cyber security issues, enjoy working in a dynamic, responsive, and collaborative environment, and dedicated to the success of our customers against advanced, persistent threats. The ISSM's primary function is working within Special Access Programs (SAPs) supporting Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, such as HQ Air Force, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and Military Compartments efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes leading to successful Authority to Operate decisions across multiple platforms
Conduct vulnerability and risk assessments
Perform key cybersecurity analyses and use technical risk management principles to assess Air Force Platform Information Technology (PIT) systems
Review program documentation (e.g., concept, requirements, design, manuals, reports, deficiency/change reports and program schedules) to ensure that established security requirements are adequately addressed and sustained
Perform document review and editing, as requested
Support, coordinate, and assist with Program Management/Milestone driven events, etc., including Program Protection requirements as requested
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Basic Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in information assurance and/or cybersecurity with BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
10-15 years of experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
Familiarity with DoDIs 8500.01 & 8510.01, NIST SP 800-53, and RMF
Active Secret Clearance with ability to gain Top Secret, SAP/SAR
U.S. Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications:

DoD 8570.01-M (IAM Level III) is desired
Prior performance in role as ISSM or ISSO
Experience implementing RMF for DoD weapons systems
Experience in developing Cybersecurity products e.g. System Security Plan (SSP), Architecture Analysis Report (AAR), Security Assessment Report (SAR), Risk Assessment Report (RAR)
