We are seeking an IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager to lead our enterprise infrastructure strategy while driving a modern, security-first approach across the organization. This highly visible leadership role combines infrastructure operations, cybersecurity program management, AI enablement, and team leadership to ensure our technology environment remains resilient, scalable, and ready for the future.
Working closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sales, and executive leadership, you'll help build and protect the digital backbone that supports both business operations and innovation.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for enterprise infrastructure, networking, and IT operations
  • Develop and execute technology strategies that strengthen security, reliability, and business continuity
  • Drive the organization's cybersecurity program, including risk management, threat detection, incident response, and security governance
  • Champion the adoption of AI-powered productivity and cybersecurity tools while ensuring responsible governance and compliance
  • Oversee enterprise infrastructure including servers, cloud services, networking, virtualization, Microsoft technologies, and critical business systems
  • Partner with business and engineering leaders to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions
  • Lead infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives from planning through implementation
  • Ensure disaster recovery, vulnerability management, patch management, and operational readiness remain aligned with business objectives
  • Communicate technical strategy and security posture to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience leading enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills with experience developing, mentoring, and managing technical teams
  • Expertise in enterprise networking, Microsoft technologies, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Hands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and incident response
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled productivity tools and applying AI to improve IT operations or cybersecurity processes
  • Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, compliance, and responsible use of emerging technologies
  • Strong project management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-7 years of relevant infrastructure and cybersecurity experience, including leadership and project management responsibilities
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, MCSE, or CCNA are a plus
