The IFS Finance Business Analyst is a strategic role responsible for leading the analysis, optimization, and implementation of financial processes within a IFS ERP system. This role demands a high level of expertise in finance operations, IFS ERP functionality, and project management. The senior analyst will not only ensure that the finance module meets advanced business requirements but also drive improvements, manage complex projects, and lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Leadership: Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for leveraging the IFS finance module to meet organizational goals. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and finance team members.
Advanced Business Analysis: Conduct complex analyses of financial processes, identifying opportunities for significant enhancements in efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Lead the redesign of finance processes to optimize the use of the IFS system.
High-Level Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between senior finance, IT leadership, and external partners. Present findings, progress, and strategies effectively to executive-level stakeholders.
Project and Change Management: Oversee and manage large-scale IFS finance module projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementations. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
