We are looking for a passionate, creative Senior Data Analyst to join the Inkiru Data Science team @Walmart Global Tech from fraud detection and risk management. You will have the unique opportunity to work with massive business and social data generated by Walmart Inc.'s unparalleled online and offline commerce. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making and driving business impact across Walmart’s digital and physical channels. You will collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, Product Managers, and Business professionals at the intersection of analytics, big data, IT infrastructure, and business operations.  Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role   What You’ll Do 
  • Partner strategically with product development and business teams, delivering insights and recommendations of fraud trends and patterns through effective data storytelling and visualization. 
  • Analyze high-dimensional, fast-moving real-time datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for fraud detection. 
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics and share insights with stakeholders. 
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and documentation. 
  • Research and apply new analytical methods, tools, and techniques to solve complex business problems. 

What You’ll Bring 
  • Technical expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization. 
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling and data engineering best practices 
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis packages in Python or R. 
  • Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing tools (BigQuery, Hive, or Spark). 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or related field plus three years of related experience or Master’s degree in a STEM or related field plus one year of related experience 
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is preferred. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
