Responsibilities

Adversary threats don't follow business hours — and neither does this role. Peraton is looking for aSenior All-Source Analystto support theUSCYBERCOM J2 Intelligence Watchat Fort Meade, MD, providing continuous, mission-essential intelligence coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

This is aMission Essentialposition — one of the most operationally critical roles on the contract. You'll sit at the center of USCYBERCOM's intelligence operations, managing daily reporting against Priority Intelligence Requirements, monitoring adversary threats in real time, and supporting the Defense Warning Program across every classification network the command operates on. During surge, you may step up as All-Source Watch Manager or Intel Watch Officer. If you thrive in a high-tempo, always-on environment where your vigilance directly protects the DoDIN, this is the role for you.

What You\'ll Do
  • Maintain the24x7x365 Intelligence Watchposition supporting J2/JIOC
  • Assist the JOC Intelligence Watch Officer in understanding, managing, and mitigating incidents on theDoDIN
  • Manage and disseminate daily single-source reporting aligned toUSCYBERCOM Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs)
  • Develop and disseminate intelligence products, brief books, alerts, and briefing slides
  • Update, maintain, and post intelligence products on USCYBERCOM/J2 websites acrossNIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS, NSANet, and other networks
  • Monitor adversaries and threats, providing contextual analysis of findings
  • Develop, manage, and update threat indicators and levels for specified cyber threat entities
  • Monitor daily traffic, databases, and tools for indicators and new threat trends; report when indicators or threat levels change
  • Act asAll-Source Watch Managerto assist the JOC Intelligence Watch Officer during surge operations
  • Adhere to IC analytic tradecraft standards:ICD 203, 206, 208, 209, 501, and710
  • Author and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives

QualificationsWhat You Bring

Required:

  • ActiveTop Secret/SCI (TS/SCI)clearance with Polygraph
  • Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD
  • Working knowledge of all-source analytic concepts, watch operations, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports and briefing materials in Microsoft Office formats
  • Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information using structured analytic techniques
  • Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations across disciplines
  • Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidaysin a 24x7 operational environment —this is a Mission Essential position with a 5-day fill requirement

Preferred:

  • Experience with:Palantir, CyberCOP, Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, AMHS, WISE, Network Knowledge Base, FoxTrail, CENTAUR, ispace, Pathfinder, Microsoft OneNote
  • Familiarity withNIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS, andNSANetnetwork environments and posting procedures
  • Background in cyber threat monitoring, DoDIN defense, or intelligence watch operations
  • Experience with theUSCYBERCOM Defense Warning Programor threat indicator management
  • Prior experience as an All-Source Watch Manager or Intelligence Watch Officer
  • 12+ yearsof relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years
  • Master\'s degreein a related field —ora Bachelor\'s degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)
  • DoD Directive 8570.01 IAT Level 1orIAM Level 1certification

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
