Job Summary:
CACI is a company focused on improving national security through technology. They are seeking a Cybersecurity Software Developer to join their team, where the candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of applications aimed at enhancing data integrity and usability.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข You will participate in daily scrum meetings
โ€ข You will troubleshoot complex problems and assist customers with application and system issues
โ€ข You will use your programming skills to automate and bring efficiency to client applications
โ€ข Capable of working independently, collaborating effectively within a development team, supporting existing production systems and adapting to new technologies when required
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
โ€ข TS/SCI with required polygraph level clearance
โ€ข Minimum 5+ years of experience in software design and development
โ€ข 3 years of experience developing applications in Python
โ€ข Demonstrated experience designing, implementing or supporting REST API services
โ€ข Demonstrated experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies
โ€ข Demonstrated experience upgrading, maintaining and refining existing production applications, including legacy codebase
โ€ข Experience developing and deploying Docker containers
Preferred:
โ€ข Familiarity with ETL/ELT workflows, data pipelines or backend data processing systems
โ€ข Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, Flask or similar technologies
โ€ข Experience developing Python SDKs, client libraries or other developer-consumable integrations
โ€ข Experience with JavaScript-based web applications or front-end technologies such as React, Angular, jQuery/Ajax or similar frameworks
โ€ข Experience developing and supporting applications in Windows and Linux environments
โ€ข Familiarity with cloud-based environments and services
โ€ข Experience using DevOps tools such as GitLab, Jenkins or similar platforms as part of a development workflow
