Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to support our proposal effort for the DHS CIETS in DC Metro area.Position Overview:Project Manager who shall be responsible for all Contractor work performed under this PWS. The Project Manager shall be the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR.Job Duties:Manage all CIEITS tasks and personnel.Provide overall management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for contract execution.Direct and oversee technical, cost, and schedule performance.Serve as the principal interface between the Government and contractor team.Conduct weekly meetings with the I&A CISO/COR to discuss priorities and deliverables.Develop and maintain:Project Management Plan (PMP)Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)Staffing PlanQuality Control Plan (QCP)Risk Management Plan and Risk Register.Manage tasking, activities, deliverables, and status reporting through Government-provided tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.Establish and track staff actions, taskers, data calls, briefings, presentations, training materials, and correspondence.Support project planning, oversight, and documentation required by DHS and the Intelligence Community.Lead monthly Project Management Reviews (PMRs) and Project Status Reviews (PSRs), including cost, schedule, technical performance, risks, and quality discussions.Provide weekly activity reports, monthly status reports, annual reports, risk reporting, and executive-level briefings.Key Deliverables Managed by the PM:Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)Project Management Plan (PMP)Staffing PlanQuality Control Plan (QCP)Risk Management PlanRisk RegisterRemote/Telework PlanPMR MinutesWeekly Activity Reports (WAR)Monthly Status Reports (MSR)End-of-Year ReportsRequired Qualifications:The Project Manager must have at least 15 years of demonstrated experience managing projects of similar size and scope.
