We are a nonprofit continuing care retirement community serving older adults in the Chapel Hill area. Our IT team supports hundreds of employees and residents across multiple levels of care, providing the technology that keeps our organization operating every day.

This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional enterprise IT environment while working alongside experienced IT professionals.

What You'll Do

As an IT Intern, you'll work on meaningful projects and day-to-day technology operations, including:

  • Provide technical support to employees and end users
  • Configure and deploy Windows computers and mobile devices
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Support user accounts, passwords, and access requests
  • Help maintain printers, workstations, and other IT equipment
  • Document procedures and technical solutions
  • Assist with technology improvement projects
  • Learn how enterprise IT supports healthcare and business operations
