Job description

Customer Success Rep

Team: Customer Success

The opportunity

Customers don't stay and grow by accident, you make it happen. You partner with Account Managers before the close and own the relationship after it: clean onboarding, flawless reorders, and real account growth. It's a high-ownership seat for someone who takes pride in customers who never want to leave.

What you'll own
  • Pre-close: prepare quotes, pricing docs, and sample orders alongside the AM
  • Pre-close: own deal admin so AMs stay in front of customers
  • Post-close: onboard production specs fast and clean
  • Manage reorder cadence and inventory coordination
  • Drive account expansion through new SKUs and applications
  • Protect retention through proactive account-health management
What it takes
  • 2+ years customer-facing in manufacturing / packaging / print or an analogous custom-product industry
  • Detail-oriented; owns quote / order admin without losing the customer thread
  • Strong written and verbal communication, directly customer-facing
  • We value: curiosity, product knowledge, consultative communication, ownership, empathy, constructive honesty, coachability, and commercial awareness
Why it's worth it

Customer Success is a true partner on the account, from before the close through the entire lifecycle, not a handoff desk. The best CSRs here become indispensable to their customers and their AMs, and grow right alongside the book they build.

Pre-employment screening

Offers of employment are conditional and contingent on satisfactory completion of pre-employment screening, which may include job-related skills and other assessments, a background check, and verification of your employment history and references. While skills and other assessments may be required as part of the interview process, background checks, if applicable, are conducted only after a conditional offer and only with the separate written disclosure and your authorization provided at that stage, in compliance with the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
