Work you'll do

As a Senior Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading cyber strategy and transformation engagements for clients across industries
  • Advising clients on cyber program design, governance structures, operating models, and risk management priorities
  • Directing assessments of cybersecurity capabilities, maturity, and alignment to business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Managing engagement teams, workstreams, deliverables, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identifying client needs and developing approaches that help strengthen cyber resilience and support enterprise transformation

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, enterprise risk, or consulting
  • Experience leading cyber strategy, operating model, governance, or transformation engagements
  • Experience managing project teams and client stakeholders
  • Experience performing cyber risk assessments, maturity assessments, or regulatory readiness assessments
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree
  • Experience serving clients in regulated industries
  • Experience designing cyber governance frameworks, target operating models, or risk management programs
  • Experience with cybersecurity regulatory, control, or risk frameworks
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations and recommendations
