What you'll do:

- Build AI-powered solutions that analyze assessment responses, identify potential control gaps, recommend follow-up questions, detect inconsistencies across risk and control data sources, and generate draft risk summaries and reporting.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, technology risk management, and risk engineering teams to implement AI solutions that improve assessment processes and reporting outcomes.
- Monitor agent performance, accuracy, explainability, and security to support effective and responsible automation.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, emerging risks, and areas requiring additional oversight.
- Develop dashboards, reporting, and measurements that support cybersecurity and technology risk management activities and assess the effectiveness of automation initiatives.
Experience you'll need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk management, governance, risk, and compliance, software engineering, data analytics, or a related field supporting risk assessments, control assessments, or governance processes.
- 2+ years of experience using Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), application programming interface (API) development and integration, Git or GitHub, and generative AI platforms or large language models (LLMs).
- 2+years of experience applying cybersecurity and technology risk concepts, including the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, risk assessments, cybersecurity controls, technology controls, secure software development lifecycle, and governance, risk, and compliance practices.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, translate technical findings into business risk language, and communicate clearly across cross-functional teams through written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience supporting cybersecurity or technology risk activities in highly regulated industries, including financial services or critical infrastructure.
- Experience creating dashboards, metrics, and reporting that measure risk trends and assessment automation effectiveness.
- Experience with prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, or agentic AI development in governance, risk, or control environment.
- One or more industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), CompTIA Security+, Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile certification, or an equivalent credential.
