MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager- Cyber to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area.

The role of the Program Manager- Cyber is to direct, manage, and administer the accomplishment of all aspects of the SOW to ensure completion of all program activities within.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with cyber defense
  • 10+ years of experience
  • At least 5 years of recent and relevant experience as a Program Manager for a large (>150 FTE), complex IT program within the intelligence community.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with customers at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degrees and certifications are desired. Examples of certifications are: Active Project Management Institute Project Management Project Professional certification architectures and operations
  • Experience within the NRO and mission partners
  • Experience with cyber defense
  • Experience supporting business development and growth initiatives

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 25% of the time.
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
  • Must be able to travel.

The projected compensation range for this position is $165,900.00-$297,100.00.
