Description of Task to be Performed:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cyber-Intelligence Analyst to serve as an Exercise Planner, to join our team and support our mission-critical customer. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the design, coordination, and execution of complex cyber exercises.

We need a proactive, highly engaging professional who thrives on building relationships and fostering collaboration across all Intelligence Community (IC) Agencies and with our partners. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in exercise planning, exceptional communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of Information Security and cyber operations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance w/ CI Poly
  • Education & Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Cybersecurity, Intelligence, IT, etc.) or equivalent professional experience. 2-4 years of experience related to exercise planning or Cyber security operations.
  • Certifications:Currently hold or be able to attain an IAT II (CySA+) or equivalent certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: Background in cyber, intelligence, or military exercise planning; familiarity with standard methodologies.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to draft clear operational documents and brief high-level audiences.
  • Interagency Collaboration: Experience working directly with IC and partners to build consensus and drive collaboration.
  • Cyber Intelligence: Core understanding of cyber threat intelligence, threat actor TTPs, and global cyber operations.
