Job description

Responsibilities PeopleTec is currently seeking an Offensive Cyber Engineer to support our Colorado Springs, CO location. We are looking for a mid career Offensive Cyber Engineer. The ideal candidate will work as a member of a team responsible for building automated attack chains and adversary emulations in support of a federal government customer and supporting offensive cyber tasks as needed.

Qualifications Required Skills/Experience : * The candidate should possess an offensive related certification (GPEN, PNPT, OSCP, CEH, RTO, eCPPT). * Experience in offensive cyber operations, red team engagements, and/or penetration testing * Knowledge of scripting languages bash, Python, and PowerShell. * The candidate should have a full understanding of phases carried out by an adversary executing an offensive cyber operation.

* Excellent problem-solving capabilities * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) * Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly * Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment * Ideal candidate should be a self-starter and problem solver who can manage time and expectations efficiently * Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present and communicate technical approaches and findings * Travel: 5% * Must be a U.S. Citizen * An active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active TS/SCI clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements : * Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience or 7 years of relevant cyber security experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.
