Complete Professional Services (CPS) is searching for an Enterprise Systems Management (SYSMAN) Data Warehousing Support and Infrastructure Systems Engineer - Functional Area Expert (FAE) - (Advisory Specialist III), you will support SysMan Enterprise technologies to automatically and persistently consolidate asset data; deliver IAVA and Army Standard reports, integrate with SCCM and SCOM hierarchies; integrate to workflow engines such as Remedy/ITSM; maintain web services; maintain single sign-on interface; integrate to external sources such as DoD Vulnerability Management System(VMS) and migration from current DISA DECC location to new Data Center.  You will assess SysMan Tier 0 architecture and current hardware limitations and assist the Government in defining and designing system specifications. You will evaluate input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility and support configuration of server and storage hardware.  In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting CPS's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.

Highlights of Responsibilities:

  • Produce source documentation needed to complete project configuration management plans for SysMan capabilities at Tier 0 level of SysMan hierarchy.
  • Assess SysMan Tier 0 architecture and current hardware limitations and assist the Government in defining and designing system specifications. 
  • Coordinate design of subsystems from Theaters and integration of total system with the Army Cyber Command. 
  • Sustain and provide configuration management of SysMan Enterprise environment.
  • Provide/Support Microsoft-developed SysMan Enterprise integration, reporting, dashboards, business intelligence, workflow, Sharepoint Services sites, data mining, processes and customized queries/reports.
  • Sustain integration of single sign-on for authentication and authorization at various tiers. 
  • Document requirements and recommend selection criteria used to sustain and maintain the Army Enterprise SysMan standard configuration at the Data Centers and Data Center COOP site, Theater NOSCs, Functionals, NEC/NEC equivalent, and Tactical.
  • Develop requirements traceability matrix with appropriate graphical designs supporting all LOMs, relationship to SysMan design, engineering, implementation, capability delivery requirements, and platform integration into Army physical and logical environments.
Qualifications
Requirements: 
  • Current Active Secret Security Clearance and or the ability to obtain one. 
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience, OR 15+ years of practical experience in lieu of degree.
  • IT Level II and NACLC in accordance with AR 25-2.  
  • IAT Level II certified as specified in DOD 8570.01-M and BBP 05-PR-M-0002 (Security+ CE, or GSEC, or SSCP IA Certifications).
  • Be able to obtain a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) Computing Environment (CE) within 6 months of start date.
  • Experience in the application and use of: Windows Server 2003/2008 System Administrator; SCCM 2007; SCUP 2011; SCOM 2007; Intermediate Network Management; Performance Point/Dashboard; BizTalk; InfoPath; MAC; 3rd party Extensions and Microsoft Virtualization.

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Experience in the application and use of: DB Administration SQL Server 2008 R2/ 2012 DB High Availability Cluster; SharePoint 2010/ 2013 Enterprise; AKO SSO LDAP Authentication; System Center technologies to include data hierarchy and reports; Integration to external systems via standard protocols
  • Data design & architecture; Metadata and repository creation for software Delivery Service and IAVM; and .NET development framework.
