Job Title

Cybersecurity Engineer

Responsibilities

Implements Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes.

Develops and maintains RMF artifacts and security authorization packages.

Conducts STIG compliance audits and vulnerability assessments.

Performs ACAS scans and remediation.

Manages POA&M development and tracking.

Develops Security Assessment Plans (SAP) and Reports (SAR).

Coordinates ATO/ATC activities with base ISSM.

Implements continuous monitoring programs.

Responds to IAVAs, TCNOs, and TASKORDS.

Manages cybersecurity incident reporting (DFARS 252.204-7012).

Implements NIST 800-53 security controls.

Supports CORA and cyber inspections.

Manages CUI and classified information protection.

Coordinates with counterintelligence agencies.

Required Qualifications

Five (5) years of relevant experience in DoD cybersecurity with RMF experience.

Expertise in RMF/ATO processes.

Proficiency in DISA STIG implementation.

Knowledge of NIST 800-53 controls.

Experience with ACAS/vulnerability scanning.

Skilled in eMASS system operations.

Understanding of DoD cybersecurity policies (DoD-I 8500.01, 8510.01).

Proficient in security assessment methodologies (NIST 800-30, 800-115).

Experience with POA&M management.

Must have an active Secret clearance

DoD 8570 IAT Level II Baseline Certification

COMPTIA Security+ CE

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

COMPTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)
