Job description

Fliff is the arena for high-upside play. We are dismantling the paywalls of legacy sportsbooks and reimagining the economics of social games to pioneer the next generation of rewards-driven entertainment spanning sports, casino, predictions, collectibles, and beyond.
Powered by a frictionless freemium architecture, Fliff democratizes access and gives millions of players nationwide a real stake, real thrill, and real upside. By combining authentic competitive drive with instant rewards and interactive games, we are turning passive sports fans and casual gamers into active, empowered participants – unlocking the player in everyone.

We seek an experienced Manager, Casino Operations to join our Games team and help design, implement, and optimize our Social Sweepstakes Casino and adjacent Games verticals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Casino Operations and exhibit excellent operations and commercial experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Casino Content Operations
    • Own the game release calendar end to end — planning, scheduling, and shipping a steady cadence of new content across slots, instant win, crash, table games, and emerging categories

    • Manage game configuration and lobby operations: placement, categorization, featuring, jackpots, and promotional mechanics

    • Maintain content operations playbooks, launch checklists, and QA standards so every release meets the same bar

  • Launch & Integration Management

    • Project-manage game and provider integrations with Product and Engineering — tracking milestones, unblocking dependencies, and owning launch readiness (assets, configurations, certifications, testing)

    • Coordinate launch go-to-market with Marketing and CRM, including featuring plans, promotions, and lifecycle campaigns

    • Run post-launch reviews to tighten the launch process with every release

  • Vendor & Partner Operations

    • Serve as the primary day-to-day operational contact for game studios and aggregators — onboarding, roadmap coordination, issue escalation, and delivery tracking

    • Prepare and run recurring vendor business reviews, and track vendor performance and deliverables against the commercial terms owned by the GM, Games

    • Support the GM’s sourcing and negotiation efforts with operational due diligence on prospective studios and content

  • Live Operations & Player Protection

    • Monitor game health and uptime; own incident management with vendors, Engineering, and CX to protect player experience and revenue

    • Work with Payments & Fraud and Compliance to ensure casino operations — game configurations, promotions, and prize redemptions — stay within the sweepstakes model

    • Act as the escalation point for CX on casino-related player issues, closing the loop on root causes

  • Performance Reporting & Optimization

    • Track game and lobby KPIs — engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue contribution — and maintain the reporting that Games leadership runs the business on

    • Continuously test and optimize lobby placement and merchandising; retire underperformers and give winners more surface area

    • Surface performance insights that inform the GM’s content and vendor strategy

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package, including base salary, benefits, and equity. The annual salary for this role ranges from

  • Flexible paid time off.

  • Health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and generous parental leave.

  • Employee-sponsored 401(k).

  • Extras:

  • $500 work-from-home stipend + Equipment & Accessories.

  • Work Remotely.

  • Opportunity for professional development in a dynamic, global setting.

  • A supportive, collaborative, and knowledge-driven workplace. An engaging and challenging role with the freedom to innovate and develop effective solutions.
