The WiFi Tester positions are going to work primarily in our Performance lab on WiFi devices. We are
looking for:
• Skills
o Lab testing of hardware (CPE preferred)
o In depth knowledge of the 802.11 protocol (able to speak on differences
and features)
o Experience creating test cases that investigate and validate HW
compliance with 802.11 protocols and features
• Keywords
o Equipment: Ixia, Spirent, Octoscope, Octobox, Keysight, Rhode and
Schwarz, WaveApps, WaveQoE
o Wireshark, Performance Testing, conducted, over-the-air, attenuator,
traffic generator
o Test Case: Requirement gathering, SLA creation, documentation
creation
o Software: Jira, Chalk/Confluence, TestRail, Excel, Python, command line,
TCL, Webex
o Certs: CWNP, CWS, CWNA, CWT, CWAP, CWNE, CWIxx, CCNA
