Job Description:

We are looking for aย Network Wireless Engineerย with strong experience in enterprise wireless networks, Aruba ClearPass, and Wi-Fi design. The candidate will support network modernization projects, wireless deployments, and RF optimization activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy enterprise wireless LAN solutions.

  • Conduct wireless surveys, RF analysis, and coverage optimization.

  • Troubleshoot complex Wi-Fi and authentication issues

  • Create Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and Bill of Materials (BoM)

  • Support Wi-Fi upgrades, lifecycle management, and capacity planning.

  • Work with IT and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Travel to client sites for onsite wireless surveys when required

Required Skills:

  • 15+ years of wireless/network engineering experience

  • Strong hands-on experience withย Cisco and Aruba wireless technologies

  • Strong experience withย Aruba ClearPass (802.1X, RADIUS, profiling)

  • Experience withย Ekahau, Hamina, or similar survey tools

  • Strong knowledge of RF fundamentals and Wi-Fi standards (Wi-Fi 5/6/6E/7)

  • Experience with enterprise wireless troubleshooting and optimization

  • Experience with Cradlepoint or 5G networking platforms

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Certifications:

  • CWNA / CWDP / CWSP / CWNE

  • Cisco CCNP/CCIE Wireless

  • Aruba Certifications (ACMP, ACDP, ACCX)
