Regional Sales Manager (Broadcast Television)

Circle City Broadcasting is seeking a highly driven Regional Sales Manager to generate revenue across WRTV (ABC affiliate), WISH-TV (CW affiliate), WNDY, and Digital/Streaming platforms, including solutions powered by our full-service in-house digital agency, Circulus Digital Media.

This role is built for a seasoned, transactional seller who can independently drive business, lead client conversations, and close high-value deals across both traditional broadcast and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue across WRTV (ABC), WISH-TV (CW), WNDY, News, and Digital
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Grow and maintain key client and agency relationships
  • Understand ratings, inventory, and pricing in a fast-paced environment
  • Build integrated campaigns (TV, news, streaming, digital)
  • Lead client meetings and strategic presentations
  • Position digital, OTT/CTV, and programmatic solutions
  • Negotiate and close traditional and multi-platform deals
  • Operate effectively in a rapidly evolving media landscape
  • Develop positioning materials for key buyers and decision-makers
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in broadcast, media, or digital sales
  • Proven success in transactional selling and closing high-value deals
  • Strong understanding of linear TV, news integrations, and digital/streaming
