Job description

Developmental disabilities professionals are encouraged to consider a full-time Quality Reviewer position with Liberty Healthcare Corporation.
In this role you will have the opportunity to enrich the lives of older adults, people who are living with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and individuals who have experienced traumatic brain injury.
You will be an integral member of a statewide program in Indiana which conducts quality reviews of providers of Home and Community Based Services and provides technical assistance on best practices in person-centered support.

Your responsibilities
  • Investigating complaints
  • Preparing reports
  • Developing corrective action plans
  • Traveling throughout the region
  • Conducting on site reviews at provider organizations
  • Following up with providers organization to monitor quality improvement

Work setting and schedule
This is a remote position which will allow you to work partially from your home office and require you to travel regularly throughout the Indianapolis metro area and Central Indiana.
You will work Monday through Friday, primarily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Compensation and benefits
  • $48,000 annual salary
  • 30 days of paid time off each year for holidays, vacation and personal time
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401(k) retirement plan
  • Reimbursement for approved work-related mileage

Skills & Requirements
Qualifications
You are a good fit for this position if you have a bachelor's degree and experience in one of these areas:
  • Support for people who have developmental disabilities, autism or TBI
  • Case Management, Social Work, or Service Coordination
  • QIDP, RBT or Direct Support Specialist
  • Day treatment or residential services

You should have an insured personal vehicle which you are willing to use for travel throughout the region.
