RN - Cath Lab (RN Circulator)
Schedule
4x10s, rotating shifts (0700-1730 and 1000-2030 as needed)
Every other weekend
Assignment Details
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
Requirements
- 2 years of RN experience required
- Minimum 1 year of Electrophysiology experience
- Interventional scrub experience required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Experience with EPIC charting
Roles & Responsibilities
- Function as a circulator in a diagnostic and interventional PCI environment.
- Provide conscious sedation as directed by attending physician.
- Manage the handoff of sterile supplies and assess patient vitals.
- Document patient information and procedures in EPIC.
- Maintain sterile field and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
- Recognize and manage dysrhythmias during procedures.
Compliance / Notes
- Flu vaccine is required (medical/religious exemptions allowed).
- No more than 7 days of RTO (request time off) allowed per submission rules.
- Facial hair must allow for fit testing, may be required to shave.
