If you're an accounting professional who enjoys digging into the details, asking thoughtful questions, improving processes, and understanding how your work impacts the bigger picture, we'd love to meet you.
As a Senior Accountant, you'll play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our financial operations. This is more than a transactional accounting position, you'll have ownership of key accounting areas, contribute to process improvements, support acquisitions and integrations, and help drive a smooth and timely close process across a complex, global organization.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, takes pride in producing high-quality work, enjoys solving problems independently, and wants to continue growing their accounting expertise while making a meaningful impact on the business.

  • Review SG&A expenses, accruals, prepaids, and intercompany transactions to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts, identify variances, and understand the business drivers behind financial results.
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes while helping maintain and improve close timelines.
  • Prepare and reconcile accounts for assigned operating and holding company subsidiaries.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to resolve accounting questions and gather information needed for financial reporting.
  • Support global audits, statutory reporting requirements, and tax-related requests.
  • Assist with consolidation activities across multiple legal entities.
  • Create and maintain Excel-based reports, reconciliations, analyses, and financial models.
  • Support acquired company integrations and other strategic finance and accounting projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and increase efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to Staff Accountants as needed.
  • Utilize Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP) as part of daily accounting responsibilities.

What we're looking for:
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably within a private company environment.
  • Strong understanding of the accounting cycle, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in proactively managing expectations when timelines need adjustment.
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and solve problems effectively.
  • Dependable, accountable, and motivated to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Genuine curiosity to understand not only what you're doing, but why it matters and how it impacts the business.

Bonus Points:
  • Experience using Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP).
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or business integrations.
  • Knowledge of foreign currency accounting, intercompany accounting, or intercompany eliminations.
  • Proven experience identifying and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
