Job Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse license
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience
  • Prior experience in a cardiac cath lab or cardiovascular procedural setting preferred

  • Experience with charting systems required; any system experience accepted
  • Comfort with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
  • Experience with procedural sedation monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
  • Ability to complete orientation testing and required onboarding modules before start
Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures
  • Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations
  • Monitor hemodynamic status, procedural sedation, and patient responses throughout care
  • Support left and right heart catheterization procedures and related interventions
  • Interpret and respond to dysrhythmias as part of procedural monitoring
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and the procedural team to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Document accurately in the charting system and maintain compliance with unit standards
