Summary

The Provider Enrollment Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Provider Enrollment team. The Provider Enrollment team is responsible for receiving and processing applications for provider participation in the Georgia Medicaid program. Primary responsibilities include receiving and processing provider applications, processing file maintenance requests, maintaining electronic provider files, and answering provider questions regarding enrollment-related matters.

Your role in our mission
  • Effectively manage a team of 20 plus Provider Enrollment Specialists
  • Perform and manage administrative duties such as employee performance, training, evaluations, corrective actions, and time management. 
  • Manage day to day operations for provider enrollment/CVO processors
  • Perform all admin tasks for direct reports (hiring, salary administration, performance reviews, etc.)
  • Work closely with the Department of Community Health (DCH) provider enrollment leadership
  • Work with other GWT staff (systems, project team and operational leadership)
  • Ensure all contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliverables are met
  • Work closely with CVO/GWT leadership
  • Develops all desk-level procedures for use by the Provider Enrollment Team
  • Oversees the compilation of Provider Enrollment statistics for the Department of Community Health (DCH)
What we're looking for
  • High school diploma with two years of experience working in provider enrollment, credentialing, and Medicaid; bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead team members
  • Experience with adhering to established processes and understanding Service Level Agreements when working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on written and oral communication for providing resolutions 
  • Basic computer literacy and system navigation skills
What you should expect in this role
  • Work Environment: This is a hybrid role. You will be required to work at least 2 days per week on-site, but could increase based on business needs.
  • Training: Approximately 2 weeks on-site.
  • Assessment Requirement: Candidates will be required to complete a skills and competency assessment before advancing to the next stage of the selection process.
  • Video Requirements: Video cameras must be on during all interviews and throughout the first week of orientation.
  • Internet Requirements for Telework/Hybrid Roles: To work effectively in a telework or hybrid position with Gainwell, employees must have a broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload. The pay range for this position is $48,400.00 - $69,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
