This role combines hands-on animal care, team leadership, safety, training, and operational management to support animal wellbeing and strong nursery performance. Responsibilities include coordinating daily and weekly farm tasks with the Service Manager and department leaders, reviewing performance, ordering monthly supplies, ensuring proper feeding processes, maintaining equipment, supporting staffing and team development, training Nursery Technicians, implementing technical protocols, testing new processes, maintaining biosecurity standards, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental procedures. Frequently transports equipment/ materials/ animals through various areas of the Barn weighing 50 pounds or more.
