Position Title: Lead Carton Die Cutter Operator - Bobst Preferred
Department: Cutting / Converting
Reports To: Production Manager
Position Summary
Accurate Paper Box is seeking experienced die cutter operators. We currently operate Bobst equipment and are investing in expanded converting capacity. This role requires the ability to step in and run immediately with minimal ramp-up time.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate die cutters
  • Achieve tight registration and clean stripping performance
  • Reduce setup waste and maximize running speeds
  • Troubleshoot cutting, stripping, and feeding issues
  • Maintain die integrity and ensure accurate blanking
  • Lead assistants and maintain workflow discipline
  • Perform preventative maintenance
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years operating die cutters in carton manufacturing
  • Experience with Bobst or equivalent machinery
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
