Warehouse Operations Lead
Location: El Paso, Texas
FWS Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee daily warehouse activities, lead operational teams, and ensure the efficient execution of inventory management, receiving, shipping, and cross-border logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel to achieve operational and safety objectives.
• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, shipping, and cycle counts and conituos improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-border shipments and support customs-related operational activities.
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and operational KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven experience managing warehouse teams and daily operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of U.S. Customs processes and cross-border logistics operations.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound operational decisions.
