Job description

Key Responsibilities

Training provided for all responsibilities below.

  • Assist in preparing import/export and customs documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and related documentation
  • Support coordination with forwarders and carriers (UPS/FedEx/DHL and freight forwarders) and help manage shipping schedules
  • Respond to requests from overseas affiliates and HQ; proactively share shipment status updates
  • Support customs clearance for inbound and outbound cargo; help resolve issues such as short/wrong shipments and returns
  • Enter and maintain orders, inventory, and product data in the ERP system
  • Learn Hiossen SOPs and grow toward independently owning import/export processes

Qualifications

  • Fluent Korean (native level) and business-level English required — daily communication with Korea HQ/affiliates and U.S. operations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; reliable follow-through
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel); willingness to learn ERP systems
  • Eagerness to learn international logistics and trade operations
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Any exposure to logistics (internship, part-time, or work at a package-forwarding service or Korean-affiliated logistics company) preferred but not required
  • Coursework or interest in trade, supply chain, or international business preferred
