Position Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Associate to join our team. This dual-role position combines warehouse operations and logistics coordination to ensure efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and seamless shipping/receiving processes. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties/Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Use the order management system to determine and process ready-to-ship orders.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Maintain warehouse space, including organizing inventory, breaking down old boxes, and staging areas for pickup.
  • Build and assemble retractable banners.
  • Work with the receiving manager and sales support team to process returns.
  • Restock supplies and inventory as needed.

Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery while optimizing cost-effectiveness.
  • Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and labels.
  • Track shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle shipping discrepancies, freight claims, and delivery issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Proven experience in warehouse and/or logistics operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
