Job description

Customer Support Representative

FULL-TIME + PART-TIME POSITIONS - IN OFFICE ONLY (NO REMOTE)

Our client is seeking 2 individuals who genuinely enjoy helping people and finding solutions. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering questions, solving problems, and making sure every person who reaches out feels heard, respected, and supported.

Description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat with patience, clarity, and care.
  • Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions that actually make sense for the customer. Training will be provided on the apps we use for our customers.
  • Keep notes so every interaction is easy to follow for the next team member.
  • Work closely with other managers when escalations or unusual situations come up.
  • Spot recurring issues and share insights to help improve our processes and customer experience. Weekly meetings are conducted to share feedback.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and a “let me figure this out for you” attitude.

Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills—you know how to listen, understand the real issue, and respond in a way that builds trust.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where each day brings something new. Office gets busy.
  • The ability to stay calm and solution-focused when customers are frustrated or confused.
  • A genuine desire to help people and make their experience better than they expected.
  • Basic tech comfort—nothing fancy, just the willingness to learn and navigate support tools.
  • Eagerness to learn new concepts and apply yourself fully.

Please note:
You’ll help shape how customers feel about the entire company. A single great conversation can turn a bad day around, save an account, and build loyalty. You’ll play a real part in that.
Apply with confidence and immediately. Looking to fill roles within 60 days.
