Special Missions - Customer Program Manager

The Customer Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact and advocate for key customer accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Gogo connectivity solutions, managing program milestones from contract signature through implementation, and driving overall customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

How will you make a difference?

  • Program Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of customer programs, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the customer and internal Gogo teams (including Engineering, Sales, Product, and Support) to coordinate resources and resolve complex issues.
  • Status Tracking & Reporting: Track and report on program status, milestones, and KPIs. Lead regular status meetings and business reviews with internal stakeholders and external customer leadership.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and elevate critical issues to leadership when necessary.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure their business needs are continuously met by Gogoโ€™s evolving ecosystem of hardware and services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, aviation, engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in program management, project management, or customer success.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-phased technical projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to executive-level audiences.
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Experience in the aerospace, telecommunications, or in-flight connectivity (IFC) industries.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or similar credential.
Equal Pay Disclosure(s)

Base Pay: 92,000.00 - 115,000.00 USD Annual Target Annual Short-Term Incentive: Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay) Eligible for Incentive Stock Program: Yes
