Asset Lifecycle Management Specialist

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and place warranty orders to support customer needs
  • Develop and manage production and service schedules to align with operational priorities
  • Monitor inventory levels, production progress, and workflow efficiency
  • Adjust schedules and priorities to meet changing demands and deadlines
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and other teams
  • Track and report on asset lifecycle data, progress, and performance
  • Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems and customer platforms
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, scheduling, logistics, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment
