Job description

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our customers and support our dynamic Marketing and eCommerce team. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers who shop Runnings.com, handling inquiries, concerns, returns, and exchanges via email and phone. You will help create and edit content for our website to improve the customer experience. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts through projects such as coordinating community support requests.
Pay Range: $17.00-$23.00 Depending on experience.
How You Will Contribute:
• Be the First Point of Contact: Serve as the initial contact for customer inquiries through phone and email, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
• Customer Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and empathetically, offering solutions that reflect our commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Order Management: Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring all transactions align with company policies.
• Collaborate with eCommerce Team: Work closely with the eCommerce team to help enhance the customer experience on Runnings.com through website content updates and troubleshooting.
• Support Marketing & Community Initiatives: Manage community support applications, an important piece of fostering strong relationships.
• Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, analyzing eCommerce initiatives, and coordinating marketing events and materials to support team goals.
What You'll Bring:
• Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for providing exceptional service and creating positive customer experiences.
• Strong Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly convey information and solutions to customers.
