Job Title: Technology Support Associate – Career Services

Number of positions: 2

Department: Office of Career Services

Job Location: Academic Services Building - 339

Supervisor/Timekeeper: Kristel Smith

Supervisor Contact: 502-597-5574

Hours per week (Max 20): 20

Duties and Responsibilities: Assist staff, students, student organizations, and faculty with Career Services intake/scheduling. Develop and help maintain technology. Assist with Career Fair and workshops. May learn and assist with software in support of professional development events. Serve as student professional liaison with the Information Technology department and the Schools of Engineering and Technology, Library Technology including 3D Printing lab, and Technology & Innovation based student organizations affiliated with colleges.


Qualification and requirements: Manufacturing or Engineering student. Sophomore, Junior, or Senior. Good customer service skills. Consistent and reliable. Professional presence. Willing to learn and help others. Microsoft Office Suites and other technology-based skills. Some leadership skills are preferred.
