For 40 years, Pollyโ€™s Fine Jewelry has helped customers throughout the Lowcountry celebrate lifeโ€™s most meaningful moments. As a family-owned business, we are known for exceptional service, beautiful jewelry, and the lasting relationships we build with our customers.

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Sales Support Associate to join our Mount Pleasant team.


About the Role

The Sales Support Associate plays an important role in keeping our showroom and daily operations running smoothly. This hands-on position combines customer service, jewelry repair coordination, merchandise management, and administrative support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and is interested in learning more about the fine jewelry industry.


What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Coordinate the intake, tracking, and completion of customer jewelry repairs
  • Communicate with customers regarding repairs, services, and completed items
  • Assist with basic jewelry and watch services
  • Receive, organize, transfer, and display merchandise
  • Support the sales team and assist customers during busy periods
  • Help maintain accurate records, organized showcases, supplies, and a polished showroom
  • Assist with gold buying and other daily store operations as needed
