Additional duties include respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, as well as adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, coordinate with other departments when needed, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, manage simple records and enter information accurately.
