Customer Support Specialist

The following responsibilities outline critical aspects of the Customer Support Specialist:

  • Smile!

  • WOW! Customers
  • Answer and respond to customer phone calls, email communications and field requests professionally and timely (both internal and external)
  • Research and resolve customer issues and follow up when necessary and appropriate
  • Fulfill requests for information and maintain account changes
  • Process customer comments and feedback
  • Agent is the voice for the customer and funnels feedback & concerns to the Customer Support Supervisor or Director
  • Work week is primarily Monday-Friday but will include a weekend rotation
