Job description

Locus Robotics is hiring an AMR Customer Success Tech for a customer fulfillment center in the Miami area. You will serve as the on-site robot fleet specialist, performing daily maintenance, training customer associates on robot interaction, monitoring fleet performance, and acting as the bridge between the customer operations team and Locus remote engineering support.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of technical support or field service experience
  • Customer-facing communication and relationship building skills
  • Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
  • Comfort with cloud-based fleet management tools
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus for this location
