Job Description:

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Hybrid. Minimum of 3 days in person per week, with flexibility to work from an office location or from home, based on business needs and preference.

Territory: This role will cover the territory of St. Joseph, MO; Kansas City, MO; Liberty, MO; and Clarinda, IA.
The Customer Success Job Family focuses on cultivating strong client relationships, driving retention, and identifying upsell opportunities by ensuring satisfaction, promoting service adoption, and supporting business goals. The Customer Success Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities through strategic engagement, performance monitoring, and data-driven insights. This role also manages a high volume of accounts, contributing to scalable retention and revenue growth.

Career Track Description: Provides specific functional or subject matter expertise. Primary focus is individual expertise. Skills are typically acquired through university education and experience within a field. May lead others in the capacity of a "player coach", typically leading smaller teams.

Career Level Description: May lead projects/processes with moderate risk, and/or complexity; May lead small teams. Prioritizes tasks within team; collaborates and coordinates with other team members. Provides guidance to team members with less experience or knowledge. Solves problems that are difficult and sometimes complex. Uses subject matter knowledge to influence others; May coach and review work of lower level professionals; Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by team and/or department objectives.

Preferred Experience: Cold Chain and Non-Medical Dry Ice Shipper experience preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to self-manage and complete tasks independently.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional support as needed.
  • Potential overnight travel depending on the candidate's residence location relative to the assigned territory.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of customer service/customer success experience.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
