At Working Capital Marketplace (WCMP), funding is just the beginning. We're looking for a Customer Success Associate to build lasting relationships with business owners, help them achieve their goals, and identify future financing opportunities.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and creating value through proactive communication.

What You'll Do

Relationship Management

Manage a portfolio of business owners after funding.

Conduct Monthly Business Reviews to understand client needs and future goals.

Build trust and become your clients' first call for financing needs.

Portfolio Management

Maintain accurate CRM records and client notes.

Collect updated business statements and documentation.

Monitor account activity and coordinate follow-ups.

Opportunity Development

Identify renewal, refinance, and growth opportunities.

Generate referrals through exceptional client service.

Partner with internal teams to deliver the best financing solutions.

What We're Looking For

Required

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
