Job description

Benefits:
  • Opportunity for advancement
  • Paid time off
  • Training & development
  • Bonus based on performance
  • Competitive salary
  • Flexible schedule

About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in banking and later as a team member for a State Farm agent. That experience gave me a strong foundation in both customer service and the day-to-day operations of a successful agency.
I’m a graduate of University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. I’m married with three kids, and much of my time outside the office is spent traveling to their sporting events. I also enjoy golfing and hunting whenever I get the chance. I stay connected to the community by sponsoring a local baseball team and supporting youth athletics. Being involved locally is an important part of what we do.
Our agency offers PTO, training and development opportunities, and a strong focus on work-life balance. I believe in creating an environment where my team feels supported and set up for long-term success.
Our culture is built around accountability, strong communication, and self-motivation. I’m looking for someone who is great with customers and can confidently handle both everyday conversations and more challenging situations. The right person will have a strong internal drive and take initiative without needing constant direction. If you’re someone who is motivated, personable, and ready to take ownership of your role while growing your career, this could be a great fit for you.
Location Address: Menasha, WI 54952
At Tyler Wurtz - State Farm Agent, we’re here to help people protect what matters most. We take pride in serving our community with integrity, care, and real support. Whether we’re helping someone navigate a claim or personalize a plan, we believe in doing meaningful work that makes a difference. If you're looking to grow your career, help others, and be part of a team that strives to do good every day, you’ll fit right in with us.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
