Overview

As a Client Solutions Associate, you will provide administrative and technical service support to a team of Client Service Broker(s) and Director within our Commercial Energy division. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and will be an effective communicator with both clients and staff.

The division offers a wide range of insurance products and services tailored to the unique needs of the industry. We're dedicated to helping clients in the entertainment industry protect their assets, manage their risks, and ensure the success of their productions and events.

How you'll make an impact
  • Set up and meticulously maintain client files
  • Processing of cast logs
  • Handle new business and renewal processes seamlessly
  • Take charge of invoicing, binders, and cover letters
  • Prepare presentations, insurance submissions, certificates of insurance, pink liability insurance slips and check policy documents for accuracy.
  • Navigate Insurance Company portals adeptly to obtain essential policy documents
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
