Duties:
Act as the lead solution engineer or technical lead responsible for the implementation of approved technologies that align with technical architecture, customer business plans and long-term strategy.
Participate in architecture migrations and maintain critical relationships with vendors and business partners.
Manage the troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure compatibility issues based on systems architecture, project requirements, and customer expectations. Participate during incident management events and provides consultative recommendations on viable resolutions.
Make recommendations to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to decisions that impact profitability and operational effectiveness.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by finding solutions that increase efficiency, accelerate the adoption of modern technologies, and enhance profitability. Mentor staff to develop infrastructure development capabilities.
Support AI-enabled initiatives, automation and sign-off technical deliverables.
Telecommuting permitted up to 60%.
Requirements:
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or related field and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or in a Sr Solutions Engineer, Software-related occupation.

Act as a liaison between the business and Corporate Information Systems to manage the coordination of the configuration, the development of business processes, Enhancements, and the stabilization of the business systems to meet business objectives.
Deliver customer-centric solutions and exceptional service combined with confidence and trust with a clear sense of ownership.
Mitigate the barriers, builds bridges with thinking partners to achieve desired outcomes encouraging diverse thinking to promote and nurture innovation.
Implementation of SAP S/4 HANA with SAP Technical environment evaluation, Application Architecture design, technical blueprint preparation, Sizing, Installation, and technical upgrade.
Leading Project planning, Strategy finalization, Infrastructure estimation, and Datacenter Migration.
Assessment and Scoping for Operational Requirements Analysis, Scope Definition, Architecture Analysis, Configuration Validation, Root Cause Analysis, and Team collaboration and Risk Analysis.
Design of High Availability and Disaster Recovery Infrastructure.
SAP Basis, Security, and Infrastructure maintenance of Business with Procedural and Technical documentation.
Design the integration strategy endpoints and data flow to align technology with business strategy and goals.
Gather and analyze information to define project specifications and requirements, and review design specifications using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and industry standard techniques.
Define, analyze, solve, and document the technical requirements.
Write technical specifications using cases and requirements that describe the necessary system changes or new system features.
Develop solutions, strategy, and technicality, and demonstrate the technical solutions to the business, IT client, and development team.
Manage a hybrid team of technical resources with improved process effectiveness and efficiencies in the delivery of solutions.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA Migration, OS-DB/Datacenter migration, DNS Migration, SAP Fiori, HANA, and Data Volume management.
Techno-functional knowledge of SAP Data Services, SAP Profitability and Performance Management, SAP Financial Products Subledger, SAP Business Object, SailPoint, GLSU, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Implementation experience of SAP EnableNow, Revtrac, FS-RI and FS-CD modules, Security tool (Onapsis or Layer7), SAP Single-Sign-on (SSO), multifactor authentication (MFA), and SAP data masking.
Experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Cloud Connector, Concur, Fieldglass, SAP Multi-bank connectivity, Cloud ALM, AWS, SAP Integration Suite, Threat Model, and Risk analysis.
