Job description

The Office Services Assistant is responsible for providing onsite support for our client sites. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Document Services – Copying, Scanning, Filing, Printing, Case Management Software, Routing and Editing, etc. (confidential documents)
  • Mail – Scanning and routing incoming mail, posting and sending urgent matters accordingly. Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, FedEx, etc.)
  • Office Rounds - Pick-up and delivery of Copy/Scanning work, Mail and/or packages.
  • Administrative tasks – Assist Office Administration in daily tasks or follow ups on client matters or office needs.
  • Covering for colleagues during their absence (hours will fluctuate)
  • Supply – Responsible for office supply inventory levels
  • Conference Room Set Up
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
  • Perform other office duties as assigned
  • Set up for office events

Qualifications

Pay: $17.00 - $ 18.00 per hour (Will depend on the candidate's experience)
