Job description

Impressive Image Works is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to help manage customer Screen Printing and Embroidery projects from order through completion.


Responsibilities

Assist customers by phone, email, and in person.

Enter and manage print orders accurately.

Gather job details including artwork, quantities, materials, finishing, and deadlines.

Coordinate with design, production, and shipping teams.

Provide customers with order updates and expected completion dates.

Help prepare quotes and answer questions about products and services.

Follow up on jobs to ensure they are completed accurately and on time.

Resolve customer questions or concerns professionally.
