Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Deliver a positive, friendly, and solution-focused experience with every interaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Learn and stay current on products, services, and company procedures.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.

Qualifications:
