A well known Convenience store/Gas station corporation that serves the East Coast is looking for 2 CSR's to join their team at their corporate office in Media, Pennsylvania. In this role you will perform CSR duties for internal and external customers. Hours are 3pm to 11:30pm M-F , Training will be 2-weeks during the hours of 7am-3pm or 8am to 4pm M-F. Pay starts at $21 per hour. Temp to hire opportunity. Once perm, pay increases and excellent benefits offered. A Contact Center Analyst (Call Center Customer Service Representative) provides top-tier support to customers and store associates via phone, email, and social media, troubleshooting issues, escalating when needed, and ensuring quality service while meeting performance goals; the role involves deep knowledge of the company's support materials, strong communication, teamwork, and sometimes involves focusing on delivering "best-in-class" customer experiences and identifying operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Deliver excellent service to internal (store associates) and external (customers) contacts across various channels (phone, email, social).
  • Provide support for the mobile app, rewards platform, In-Store IT systems, facilities and more.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate issues using documented procedures and knowledge bases.
  • If you are successful juggling multiple competing priorities and feel you are tech savvy and are able to work with 10-15 apps open at once, this is the job for you!
  • Performance: Meet service levels, quality standards, and performance targets.
  • Data & Analysis (Analyst Role): While the primary role is support, analysts often analyze call flow, quality, and performance to suggest improvements, requiring strong analytical and reporting skills (general analyst duties).
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
