This is a fully remote, part-time position ideal for someone with previous call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.The Customer Service Representative will assist consumers with account-related questions, provide accurate information, document calls properly, and ensure each interaction is handled with professionalism and respect
